Community Engagement & Educational Projects

The Crossroad Players have also established a series of educational projects for communities around the world. So far we have reached communities in the US, Israel, Ghana and Switzerland.

Currently, Alia Goldfarb leads most of our educational community projects. through various methods of applied theatre, she aims to create a safe space for participants of all backgrounds to find ways to express their stories. Further, she has used these creative processes to teach English, communication and leadership skills, and community engagement. and build a strong support system within their own communities through this creative work. By devising original performance pieces with the participants, she hopes to establish a stable space for personal and social change to occurr.
